A Beautiful Disaster

I was starting to feel like a lot of my work was looking a little static and that it had been a while since I looked a good reference to get a good idea. So while I was browsing DA early last week looking for inspiration I came along this beautiful photograph by whose entire gallery is actually really amazing.

None the less I decided to try and reference the pose in one of her works, changing of course aspects of it and the location to try and get a more dynamic piece...And to force me to draw full pace background...Instead of you know...Circles...

I feel like I need to say that I didn't use the photo as if it were stock, the photo itself is far and away more beautiful and...You know...Sans the miserable alcoholic that I like to draw so very, very much.

I'll admit I know nothing about apple brandy, I've never had it. But alcohol bottles are one of my favorite things to look at...Possibly in the whole world.
